Early Life

Demetrius Flenory Jr. was born in Atlanta, Georgia, to Demetrius Flenory Sr. and Latarra Eutsey. He was raised in Miami, Florida. He was born into a very rich family. He follows the Christian religion. He holds the citizenship of America and his zodiac sign is Taurus. However, currently, Big Meech is serving a 30-year sentence.

Despite his father’s criminal activities, Lil Meech had a relatively normal and good upbringing. He is also known as the nephew of the popular late Terry “Southwest T” Flenory. He attended high school in Miami. He attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, to study Criminal Attorney. He later moved to Los Angeles to pursue his acting and singing career.

Under the mononym “Demetrius Flenory Jr.” (which is a tribute to his father, “Big Meech ”), self-released his debut song “Bad Habits” in 2019. Included a half-minute recording of his father conversing from jail in the music video. His father is the owner of the popular record label named BMF Entertainment and being the son of the owner of BMF, he has great links with other popular singers and rappers.

He launched various singles and music albums such as Hello Hello, On The Run, Savage Heart, Bad Habits, 12 Wings, Spooky Szn, Dame Lillard, Purple Bottles, Paranoid and many more. 

Apart from being a singer, Lil Meech is also a great actor. He has appeared in some TV shows and series. Shortly after taking various acting classes, Demetrius then debuted as an actor to play the role of his father in the documentary TV series Black Mafia Family (BMF) in 2021. It is inspired by the true story of two Detroit brothers Terry “Southwest T” Flenory and Demetrius “Big Meech” who were popular drug dealers in the 1980s.

That series became a blockbuster series in America, which made him very popular. Along with Flenory Jr, many popular actors appeared in the TV series like Russell Hornsby, Steve Harris, Michole Briana White, Da’Vinchi, and more. 

Followed by his fame, in 2022, he then became the cast of HBO’s TV series, Euphoria, in its season 2 portraying the character of Travis, a producer and DJ. Not only in acting, but Demetrius is also active as a rapper.
